Construction is well underway on the first two (of four) new houses in the CHDO's current grant. The three-bedroom, two-bath camel back shotgun houses in the Oak Street Historic Neighborhood will be ready for homebuyers this fall. These 1,280-square foot homesfeature full front porches, large bedrooms, a raised ceiling in the living room and lots of closets and windows. There is a bonus room upstairs and at least one of the houses will feature a full basement (see photo)!

Linden Meadows houses ready for sale!



The first historic relocated houses in the new Linden Meadows subdivision are being finished up and will be ready soon for sale at substantial discounts.

The 23-lot cul-de-sac subdivision has new streets, sewers, drainage and even a small tree-lined park area for use by Linden Meadows owners and the neighborhood.
